Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Hound Mobility, we value your time and strive to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness to our chauffeurs and operations team. Our cancellation and refund terms are as follows:

Cancellation Charges

  • More than 24 hours before pick-up: No cancellation fee (100% refund).
  • Less than 24 hours before pick-up: 25% of the fare will be charged.
  • Less than 12 hours before pick-up: 50% of the fare will be charged.
  • Less than 4 hours before pick-up: 75% of the fare will be charged.
  • Less than 1 hour before pick-up / No-show: 100% of the fare will be charged (no refund).

Driver Wait Time

Our driver will wait at your chosen pick-up location for up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time. If the rider is not present or unresponsive after this grace period, Hound Mobility reserves the right to cancel the ride, and the applicable cancellation charge will be applied based on the above schedule.

Refund Timeline

Eligible refunds will be processed within 1—5 business days, depending on your bank and the payment method used.
